There was no question what outfit I was going to be rocking today. When Maya came into work today I said “It’s gonna be Adidas everything today, is that weird?” Despite the question, I was somewhat confident about wearing my Adidas ‘top ten’ shoes paired with an Adidas tank dress. I wish I could blame the scolding heat on my decision, but the weather was great for an August day in the city. If you ask me, ‘sporty’ is a perennial fashion trend, there is always some element of sporty in any given trend. Like the 90′s, omg how sporty were the 90′s?

Funny story, first time wearing these sneakers and I had a guy literally hollering and stopping me in these NYC streets to ask where I got them. As a bonus they are one of the few comfortable sneakers that I feel like cushions to my feet. Can we harmoniously say “score!” I am no sneakerhead, but if I could get my hands on fashionable comfy sneakers, you best believe I will. This look was simplicity at its best.
