I have officially dubbed this Moschino dress my refined version of my little black dress (LBD), a subtly maximalist dress that requires almost no effort, no that was not an oxymoron. I don’t know about you, but my other LBDs require a lot of accessory pairing, but this dress simplifies all that, throw on the dress and you’re ready, no fuss. This Moschino dress is made to mimic an authenticity card, which is pretty clever, and I can not tell you how many people I catch reading the text on it. The luxe graphic and print combined with its boxy shape have made it my go-to when I need to get out the door in a jiffy.

I have almost always paired this dress with flats since that’s what I wear 90% of the time. This day, in particular, I paired it with Stella McCartney slip-ons with a wedge heel, because I needed to feel tall. Also threw on my yellow mini Chanel chevron bag for enough ‘yellow’ safe measure. I left the apartment without a coat since I declared it summer, but it turned out to be a bit nippy, regardless I still declare it a no-more-coat season.
