What have you guys been up to these few days? Holiday shopping I hope, I don’t want to feel guilty for all my sale indulgence. I also hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!

Recently, I’ve noticed my style has changed, or should I say evolved, to wearing a lot of black and grey. I will not blame the heavy NYC influence, but instead, I blame my need for simplicity. I know, I know, I’ve had a good number of peacock-ing outfits in the past, but I’m gradually growing out of it. Can’t lie, I loved loud prints and bright colors, because you know, I was expressing myself, but it got exhausting. It’s also nice making room for timeless pieces as opposed to trendy ones. Now accessories, shoes especially, are a different story, I will never outgrow loud shoes, the crazier the shoes, the more I love it. So anyways, point is this right here has been a look I have gravitated towards multiple times a week, can we tell by the state of the coat? Black pants, neutral-tone top, this Zadig & Voltaire coat and whatever crazy pair of shoes within reach.

I can’t promise I will to stick to gray and black, but for now that’s what I am enjoying, really feeling iiit. Plus, nothing like a little excuse to wear my rock ‘n roll tops like this Loewe one and my previously abandoned vintage tees.

Thanks for stopping by, wishing you a blessed one.

xx,

Liz Lizo
