There is something about an A-line skirt combined with a stripped shirt that screams femme louder than a NYC-fire truck siren scream get out of the way. It’s easy, compliments any figure and will almost never go out of style. Think of it this way, if you ever want to look perennially cool and feminine, the big A-line skirt will always come to the rescue. Look at me, how many times have I worn this skirt on the blog shamelessly? (countless times) SS15 had many highlights, but the voluminous A-line skirt proved to thrive, even when the 60s and 70s trends came back with a vengeance, that’s because the illusion of a tiny waist always conquers all.

When it comes to lady-like, no one does it better than Nicholas Kirkwood’s pointed-toe flats, think Grace-Kelly-casual-chic. I’ve had my eye on these metallic blue ones for a while, and now I practically wear them with most of my blue outfits (corny? I think not). This outfit was complete when I picked this supremely fabulous Edie Parker ‘Hello’ clutch, which imparts girly and fun to any outfit. Hello, cinched waists, metallics and clever accessories we’re here.

Have a great day!

xx,

Liz Lizo
