You must have figured me out by now, I wouldn’t describe myself as a denim chic, but in this case if the shoe fits. I have a sales associate to thank for bringing me this denim dress to try on because he could “tell it was style.” I was smitten at first sight, forgot why I even stopped by the 7 for All Mankind’s Bleecker Street location. Fringe has had it’s fifteen minutes, but in my closet it’s about to become christened as a ‘must-have.’

I twirled, danced and even jumped around while we shot this look at rush hour in NYC, so it made quite the home-commute-entertainment. All for the name of fashun, right, right? Anyway, I can praise denim dresses to no end, but this wrap-around dress is special, the fringe is just the icing on the cake because the fabric feels sublime on the skin. Do people still care about how the fabric feels on their skin? I do. What a perfect polygamous marriage of denim’s casual, carefree vibe, a feminine silhouette and fun-loving fringe. I paired the look with comfortable Chanel cut-out oxfords and a Mulberry bag. Now please excuse me as I go find a party to attend wearing this little number.

Hope you are having a great week and thank you for stopping by and even commenting, I’m immensely grateful!!!

xoxo,

Liz Lizo
