I think I have mentioned too many a times to count that when the weather is gloomy I wear the brightest colored items in my closet. Cold Manhattan has led me to acquire quite a few yellow wardrobe pieces, why yellow in specific, no idea. I suppose the color yellow allows me to start dreaming of spring, which is just around the corner.
I look at these pictures and think, “was I conveying the air of a female politician, Condoleezza Rice vibes much?” I’ve got some deep roots in DC, so that was quite possible. I’m so glad I discovered the brand MSGM because they have the flirtiest and most practical of dresses. I wish we shot this dress sans coat because it has the most clever sensual intricacies, such as the perfectly positioned sheer panels, cause for a “wow”. My wardrobe is going through a complete revival with lots of tweed pieces, which I’ve grown to love not just like them. I love MSGM’s take with this dress, they firmly bring tweed on trend with the vibrant yellow, my new favorite color.
I hope you enjoy these shots of our version of ‘Dancing on Ice’ in Givenchy boots. Truly, if this challenging shoot was not proof for our love for FASHUN, then I don’t know what is, well except for the coatless winter pictures, which count too.
