Have you ever seen a dress that is so over-the-top that you forget all that minimalism-chic chatter? My commitment-phobia has led me to try every trend out there and kept me from sticking to any particular style. Sometimes I’m into minimalism then sometimes I’m into maximalism, having choices is a luxury my friends. When I first laid eyes on this House of Holland dress, I was presented with the “go big or go home” rhetoric and guess what I picked. Go big baby, I was not going to shy away from the peacock vibe this dress was giving me. The dress has this exotic skin print, almost makes it look like a 3D creation.

Let’s not forget about the different array of colors on this gem, where do I even begin with these flamboyant colors? Just gorgeous especially in the light. Promise you, I only post about items that reinvigorate me this much and this dress does that plus it raises my heart rate. This dress is the perfect offspring of color and texture. Needless to say, I welcomed it to my closet arms wide open, it’s going to be the perfect trans-seasonal piece I never knew I needed. The truth is I appreciate that I can wear this dress so many different ways, as a simple dress, as a skirt, dressed down, dressed up, limitless options. My toddler closet surely appreciates pieces like these.

Hope you are having a great start to your week, thanks for visiting!

xx,
Liz Lizo
